Our story

Glasses are a fashion item, but fundamentally they are closer to a medical device for your sight. That sentence — said by one of our staff to a reporter in 2025 — is the shortest description of how this optical shop in Seoul is run.

    Behind the display cases sit advanced refraction instruments and a consultation space designed like a clinic, with privacy respected. We give each customer enough time for a proper Gangnam eye exam rather than the quick check a busy shop tends to offer.

    Progressives and myopia control.

    Our specialty is progressive (multifocal) lenses for presbyopia and myopia-control lens design for children. We also fit customers who struggle with night-driving glare and reduced contrast years after LASIK — a combination of MYKITA frames and Varilux XR lenses is what we most often reach for.

If you looking for good optical shop in Gangnam and want to check up your eye conditions I recommend this shop. They are all kind and nice. They recommend good fit glass frame for your style. The shop optician's can speak foreign languages. I talked in Korean but they can speak English, Chinese, and Japanese as well.
